New Year’s Resolution – Eat More Candy

It’s that time of year again where we all come up with those ever-elusive New Year’s resolutions. Eating healthy and dieting are common resolutions and ones we fully support! However, treating yourself with a few pieces of candy every now and then does not make you a failure. Denying ourselves those small pleasures can actually lead to greater failures down the road.
